PodDisc.com ships exclusively using the U.S. Postal Service. That may seem stingy to you, but to us it’s just being practical. We’re moving flat pieces of plastic here, not pandas.
Shipping
Fulfillment usually happens within about 3 to 5 days of your order. Sorry that it’s not the same day, but this isn’t anyone’s full time job, and in many cases we’re duplicating the CDs to order. Our machine is efficient but not instant. If it takes longer than to get a shipping notification from us, drop us a line at poddisc@escapeartists.net and bug us. We definitely want you to get your stuff before you forget why you ordered it.
Orders within the United States are shipped with a flat fee of $3.95. It’s the same price no matter how many products you order. If you order 50 discs from us, will it cost more than that to send them to you? Yes, it will. But please don’t let that stop you!
Most domestic orders are shipped via First Class mail. We may use Priority Mail if you order a lot, but it’s unlikely to affect transit time.
International Shipping
Orders to countries other than the U.S. are shipped with a flat fee of $8.95. We initially tried basing it on destination country and actual costs, but our postal widget was consistently setting the prices way too high, and we didn’t like that.
International orders will be sent by airmail. Transit time depends on where you are, but will generally be from 4 to 10 days.
Returns
Our returns policy is extremely simple. We want you to be happy, and we’ll do what it takes. If we can’t make you happy, we will not keep your money.
If you have any problems with defective media—the discs arrived damaged, or there are files missing, or it’s the wrong custom message, or you can hear them chanting in unspeakable tongues at night—just drop us an e-mail at poddisc@escapeartists.net within 30 days. Tell us what you ordered and what the problem is. In most cases we won’t make you send them back to us; we’ll just send you new ones.
If you received undamaged discs but you decided you don’t want them, e-mail us again at poddisc@escapeartists.net within 30 days and say so. In this case we will ask you to return the discs, but we’ll refund your money in full as soon as we receive them.
